Super solid customer service. I popped in unannounced because my headlight bulb went out and needed a replacement. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The price was right. I've used Gary's in the past for oil changes and battery replacement. I keep on coming back to them because I don't feel like they try to upsale or trick me in any way. My sister recommended Ger-Brock Automotive to me but turns out they only do foreign cars. Since I drive a Ford, they recommended Gary's and I'm so glad they did! I'm taking a road trip next week and wanted to get my car checked out and an oil change. Gary's was very straightforward about what maintenance I should have performed. I got all 4 tires changed (they didn't all match before today and let me tell you, what a difference having uniformed tires!!!), my rear shocks replaced, and battery replaced. I was expecting the final cost to be higher and felt that the pricing was very fair. I am so happy to have found a trustworthy auto shop. I will absolutely recommend this auto shop to everyone I know. I've been to Gary's a few times over the years—I have a 2007 truck that needs the occasional alignment check or exhaust tune-up—and they always take excellent care of me. The repairs are fast, and the staff is extremely communicative. That's on top of the price being more than fair 100% of the time. I won't go anywhere else.
