I've been to Gary's a few times over the years—I have a 2007 truck that needs the occasional alignment check or exhaust tune-up—and they always take excellent care of me. The repairs are fast, and the staff is extremely communicative. That's on top of the price being more than fair 100% of the time. I won't go anywhere else. Gary's was highly recommended by my Subaru mechanic for a truck that his shop didn't service. My brakes were smoking (!) after exiting a freeway. Gary's initially expected that the calipers would need replacing and predicted the cost would be around $800. After examining the truck, they determined that the problem was mostly a brake adjustment issue with the possibility of a stuck parking brake, but all issues were taken care of in a one hour time frame for $135. I appreciate the honesty first of all. Just tested the truck with a couple of dump runs and I am happy to report my brakes are NOT smoking and everything appears fixed. Gary's did what my insurance company didn't do in 2 weeks. They scheduled me Monday morning to replace my key cylinder that had been stripped by a car thief. also found me a replacement middle seat that had been removed by said thief.
