I needed new break pads and rotors so I went down to Gary's. I didn't have an appointment and I didn't call before going down and they got my car in right away and had my new breaks and rotors installed in just a couple of hours. The people were friendly and the price was about what I had expected.

I am from Sparks Nevada and my maintenance light cane on. I am visiting family, so I called Gary’s Shop. They got me right in. I had the service done and a tire rotation. All in an hour. Price was right also. I highly recommend this auto repair shop. You will not be unhappy. Thanks to Gary’s Shop.

Gary’s has been great the few times I’ve used them so far. I brought in a car for a second opinion and their estimate was about half the cost but included a much more thorough inspection. They were very interactive in walking me through everything that was wrong and what the priority of repairs were, giving a “good better best” option. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional and enthusiastic, and so far I’ve never felt misled by them. They have my business now and I’ll continue to use them for future work.

I was recommended to these guys over 4 years now and have come to them ever since for my vehicles to be serviced as well for tires. I have to say these guys are wonderful in every way. They are friendly, timely, do great work, but most of all honest. I travel quite far to them because their prices are excellent as well their honesty regarding what I need or don't need done on my vehicle and have never been disappointed. Today I came in for a brake light and Mr K paid for it. I just live these guys. They get to know you like family and I plan to keep coming to them even when I move over 100 miles away since I have family in town to visit. I can get my car serviced by these honest folks while visiting family. Susang
