We could not be more pleased with the service at Gary’s. They listened carefully to the description of the damage I did to my Dodge Grand a Caravan when I drove up onto a curb, And honestly and accurately described what needed to be done and how much it would cost. We asked for some work to be done that they explained was unnecessary and didn’t just go ahead with it. They also gave us accurate sense of how long the repairs would take. We took our mid nineties ford ranger to another shop in town to fix a problem with our fuel system. After charging us to replace a fuel pump and filler neck hose, both of those stopped working. We then took it to Gary’s auto where Will helped us diagnose and solve our problems. He even discovered that the previous shop didn’t replace our fuel pump like they said they had, and helped us be able to get a refund from that original mechanic. Gary’s Auto, and Will specifically, were incredibly helpful, and focused on solving the actual problems instead of just selling us parts. With a quick turnaround time to boot. Because of how they treated us we will be taking all of our cars here from now on.

Wonderful shop, they were patient with me and my insurance company and called to give regular updates. I don’t want anything else to need repair on my truck but if I do then these are the guys that I’m going to. 10/10
