We got new tires (Continental TerrainContact) for a Forester from Gary's last year, then went back for a flat repair some months later. When I went in for the free tire rotation (including rotating in the full-size spare off its wheel) a few days ago, the team was incredibly accommodating and caring. They discovered that one of the wheels had been put back on unsafely (three of the five lug nuts were cross-threaded). They verbalized concern for my safety and well-being and helped make a plan with consideration for my travel needs. They showed me the damaged parts as requested, worked swiftly to replace the affected studs & nuts (all free of charge), and printed out info on the shop closest to my new home (where I can continue to go in for free rotation). The owner even installed a new rear wiper blade free of charge, apologizing for the inconvenience. Other things I liked: comfortable waiting area, free WiFi, the employment of female technician(s), and an environment in which I felt comfortable asking questions & verbalizing ideas/needs/concerns.
