My mom and I were out of town and we couldn’t have gone to a better place!!! They helped me deal with my warranty company. Did all the repairs needed and made sure my car was safe to drive. Not to mention the communication from Will was THE BEST!!!!! I never felt more at ease dealing with a break down on a Weekend just before a holiday!!!! I would recommend these guys for anything!!!!!

Called the place and they said they had the RV tire I needed and we set up an appointment. Called the day before and confirmed they had the tire and the appointment. We arrived and was informed that not only that they didn't have the tire they do not install RV tires.

Friendly folks, unfortunately friendly doesn't fix cars. I made an appointment to drop my car off and was told it should be a one day job. I called back two hours later and they had not yet looked at it. I called back two more hours later and was told they still had not looked at it. I left it with them for the rest of the day,called back twenty six hours after having dropped my vehicle off and they still had not even looked at it. They wasted my time. Don't say you can do a job when you can't, just be honest about your work load up front.

It was certainly not our intention to keep you waiting, and we truly apologize for the delay you describe.
