I broke down in Portland after driving across country from Virginia. The absolute best thing that could have happened was finding Gary’’s Auto Service. They immediately looked at my car and assessed the problem. They were going to have to find the parts for my car (foreign made). Not only that, they helped me pick up a rental car. Tony made many calls to find the parts , including calling overseas several times. He wouldn’t give up and finally was able to order the parts. My car is running perfectly now! I WILL NEVER be able to thank Tony and all the wonderful people at Gary’s enough for giving my car back!! I will be using Gary’s for all my car needs, no matter where I settle down!

Had to take my van in since it wasn't starting, not only did these people fix my boy up, they had him running better than ever! Very smooth ride now, very impressed and pleased. This was probably the first auto shop I've been where the people didn't talk down to me, they kept me updated through every step and didn't try to tack on unnecessary charges. Like said, very impressed with my experience, glad Kevin trusted that I knew my car well and treated me with respect. Very excited to eventually come back and get other things fixed up on my car! Thanks guys!
