Christine (my 2012 Focus) had a close encounter with a large rock. After the encounter, she rumbled and grumbled all the way home. I called Gary's as they are close to my work and they were busy, but happily took Christine in and gave her a once over. She was lucky and only had some bumps and bruises nothing serious. The put on a bandaid and told her to stop complaining. Since she was there I scheduled an oil change. Not only did they do the oil change they, changed her brake light, (I did not realize was out), and even filled the washer fluid. They were busy but they took the time to go the extra mile for her. I put at least 80 miles a day on Christine and Gary's keeps her rolling down the road. Thank you everyone at Gary's!
