I went in there nervous because I am a female in a new city..with her check engine light on. The part my car needed was expensive..so I did have to spend a lot of money. However these guys got me in and out in about 4 hrs. After a few weeks my car is still running great. They took me back and showed me everything that needed fixing. I felt taken care of, I would definitely go back

I walked in totally stressed out about my tire leaking and having to get to work, and the great people here saw me immediately, ordered me a tire, and gave me a ride to work! I'm a customer for life!

Fantastic experience! Fast and affordable and friendly people! I was able to call in and get brand new tires and an alignment on my car with a couple hours. I was called and given options about the alignment and never felt pressured into spending more. I felt informed and truly appreciated as a new customer! Will definitely be bringing my car back here!

Helpful and knowledgeable shop. And the free local pick-up and drop-off service is extremely helpful!

This towing company was towing another vehicle in my neighborhood off 134th & Powell at approximately 11:00 pm. The driver seemed to have no idea what to do. It has been on my street now for over 25 minutes & still no solution. I didn't need the tow, just peace & quiet when trying to end go to bed!

Traveling through Portland on a long road trip Gary's auto care went out of their way to help me with a quick oil change. Thanks guys.

The whole team was very helpful during my week and a half of car troubles. They dropped me off at work and didn't charge me labor when I unfortunately had to bring my car back a second time. I really appreciate their honesty!

J.R. was friendly and professional. I was quoted right away for the work I wanted done on my car, and he called me throughout the day to keep me updated on recommended repairs, cost, and when he thought the mechanics would be done. I wasn't pushed into having unnecessary work done, which I appreciated. I thought the cost of parts and labor was very fair.

I live in the San Juan Islands off the coast of Washington near Canada. I was driving through Portland on Interstate 5 with plenty of traffic and ran into a pot hole in my lane. I had little notice of it and no place to swerve, so ran right through it. . . and it was deep! Soon, I heard this awful noise and the "low-air-in-tire" light went on. I drove a little while further and took an off-ramp on the freeway praying to find an auto repair place in (for me) a strange city. I drove right up to Gary's. Dan Long came out and assessed the damage. I needed two rims and a two tires. Since I had a spare tire and rim, he immediately ordered a new rim for next day delivery. They called the hotel I selected to make a reservation and drove me to the hotel to spend the night. Next morning, they picked me up and brought me back to Gary's. By about noon, I was on my way. Not once did he try to sell me something I did not need! The workers were thoughtful, efficient, and kind. I was so thankful Dan was honest and did not try to sell me "extras." I felt very blessed to have my prayers answered: help in a strange city, without having to deal with someone trying to sell me lots of unnecessary stuff--and besides, they even provided taxi service to and from the hotel!. And the price? I was amazed at how reasonable they were! I was expecting to have a much larger bill. So thank you, Dan Long and crew; God bless you!
